We collect contact details, academic history, and information you choose to give us for counselling, such as your program interests, budget and timeline. We may also receive technical data such as IP address or device type when you browse our website. We ask you not to send identity documents or financial account details by email or WhatsApp unless we have asked for them for a stated purpose.

We use information to deliver education counselling, to reply to your enquiry, to introduce you to Visa Master Canada, a separate licensed RCIC firm, if you ask, to improve our website, to meet legal obligations, and to communicate about services you requested.

The forms on this website do not send your details to our servers. When you press the button, the form builds an email addressed to sales@studymaster.ca and opens it in the email app on your device, with your answers filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app.
Once you send it, the message passes through your email provider and ours. Both handle it under their own privacy terms. We receive only what is in the email. If you close the email without sending, we receive nothing.

Third-party services
If you choose WhatsApp, your message is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Links to Google Maps and to government websites open those services, which have their own privacy practices. We do not control them.

Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to continue services that require contact information.
